Lisa has loved animals all of her life and grew up with cats and dogs. After she retired, she started volunteering at a local animal shelter. She has learned a lot about handling animals, being aware of their body language, thoughtful of their needs and how best to administer meds. She has had several foster dogs, some with special needs such as amputation recovery and the need for shots and IV fluids. When she is with your pet, she wants them to feel comfortable and happy. When she’s not volunteering or helping with your pets, she’s off with her family racing motorcycles-three generations! She also enjoys reading and needle work.
